Why isn't my client appearing? (Agencies)

Why is a client missing from my website?

Applies to: Agencies only

If a client isn't appearing on your website, it's usually for one of these reasons:

1. Their profile isn't publicly visible in Filmmakers.

   Podium only displays clients whose profiles are set to Public in Filmmakers. Check the client's Internal and External Profile Visibility settings to ensure they're enabled for public display.

   
   

2. Your navigation is split into separate "Actors" and "Actresses" categories.

   If your website uses separate Actors and Actresses navigation links, clients will only appear if their gender is publicly visible in Filmmakers and is set to Male or Female.

   If a client's gender isn't public or they identify outside these categories, they won't appear in either list. To ensure all clients are visible regardless of gender, we recommend adding a combined Actors/Actresses navigation category to your Podium website.
