Who owns the content?

All of the content displayed on your Podium website—including profiles, photos, videos, biographies, news, and other media—remains the property of you and agency clients.

Podium simply provides the platform that displays your content. You retain ownership of your data and are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights and permissions to publish the content on your website.
